Welcome to my site! I'm Jess, an RN, Career & Business Coach! I help tired burnt-out nurses get more freedom and flexibility working from home! I've been a remote nurse for 8 years. I hated choosing between providing for my children and being present for them. Working from home changed my life and allowed me so much more life than work. As nurses we often believe we don't get to have holidays and family time because it's part of the job... that is no longer TRUE!

I believe in empowering smart, talented and passionate nurse and nurse entrepreneurs with confidence and strategies needed to stand out and sell their skills and abilities. I did it for myself and it made a difference in my life so now I'm excited to continue to help other nurses do the same! We no longer have to self- sacrifice, risk our license and give up all of our time to our job. 

I have always been passionate about being a nurse, getting the rewarding feeling of helping patients, families and making an impact on their lives. Now, we as nurses can do that from home without the commute, crazy staffing ratios and eliminate all the risks that come along with bedside nursing. No more overworking. No need to continue to work at  a job that causes physical pain and mental anguish.

I have developed a key strategy to show you exactly how to market yourself! Before nursing I had a career in marketing and sales in the mortgage industry. I learned everything about buyer behavior and sales psychology! With decades of experience in both marketing and nursing its safe to say I've mastered this career coaching thing! The way I show you how to market yourself is non-traditional, in the best way and the secret sauce behind getting the highest paying and most autonomous jobs. This includes jobs that are often not even posted!  I believe in leveraging both psychology and your personality in making this next level career move, simply because no one can do it like you do!
